  • • Emergency contacts: name, home address, out-of-area contact, and two trusted contacts.
  • • Take: all medications and a medication list; ID, insurance, medical documents, and cash; phone, charger, battery pack, mobility equipment; food, water, hygiene items, clothing, blankets; pet carrier, leash, food, medication, and records.
  • • For immediate danger, call 911 directly. Follow official county instructions and call 211 for local resources.
